Return Policy
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be glad to refund you the full amount less shipping and handling cost or exchange within 14 days of the item delivery date as stated in the item’s return policy.
Conditions:
Call us to obtain a return authorization number. A return without our authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and 15% restocking handling charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. Special orders cannot be returned.
Once an item is inspected to be in its original condition as sent to the customer, full credit for the purchase price of the product, less shipping and 15% restocking handling cost, will be issued.
If an item is not returnable, it will be notified on the product detail page.
How do I make a return?
Simply give us a call to make arrangements to have your piece(s) shipped back.
What if the item I receive is damaged?
Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt please inspect the carton for any damage; crushing, dents, creasing, etc., and note this on the delivery receipt. Once you sign the delivery receipt and accept the shipment, the driver will depart and it will be your responsibility to unpack the item. The driver is not required to wait for you to un-wrap the item and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the package.
If, during delivery, it is obvious there is damage, you may ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. Upon inspection, if damage is found you may refuse the shipment and write, "Refused, due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately. After accepting delivery, please keep all packaging materials for 3 days in case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please keep all the packing materials and call us at 508-296-8580 or email us order@dyageast.com to have the item picked up and to schedule delivery of a replacement item at no cost. Please note that any damage on the product or packaging must be filed with us within 3 days of receipt. If you choose not to replace the product or replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to you once the damaged item is returned to our warehouse.
