1) How is my order shipped?

Each order is carefully checked and packaged before it leaves our warehouse. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

All smaller packages are shipped via FedEx Ground or U.S Postal Service.

Large furniture and oversized packages will be shipped either by blanket wrapped shipper or freight carrier. The blanket wrapped shipper will be used as long as the cost is close to the cost of freight carrier.

Blanket Wrapped Shipment

When a blanket wrapped shipper is used, your order will be blanket wrapped and delivered to any room you choose. The shipper will call you directly to make delivery arrangement. Blanket shipping service usually requires longer delivery time (from 2 to 8 weeks after order is placed).

Freight Shipment

When a freight carrier is used, your order will be delivered to your curbside. You must make arrangements to move the furntiture into your home and dispose of packing materials. All large items are crated and palletized. Signature is required on the bill of lading at delivery. You will receive a call from the third party trucking company to make delivery arrangements within 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. Freight carrier shipping usually takes 1 to 4 weeks of your placing order.

Please note that delivery and pickup by freight companies is made during normal business hours. DYAG East carefully selects reliable freight companies, but we have no control over and are not liable for arrangements made between customers and a third party freight company. We cannot be responsible for fees and delays resulting from rescheduling or missed appointments.

2) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If your piece is in stock, it will be delivered within approximately 1 to 4 weeks of your order by freight carrier or 2 to 8 weeks by blanket wrapped shipper. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement.

If a product is shipped directly from one of our vendors or for pre-order, estimated shipping time is specified on the product detail page. 

3) How much is the shipping charge?

Our discount shipping rate to the continental US is determined by weight and shipping address. Please add the item to your cart to calculate delivery charges. Please contact us for shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other international destinations. 

Please follow the following steps to check the shipping charge to your area:

1) Click: Add to Cart (add the item to the shopping cart)

2) Click: Check Out

3) Click: Return to Cart (the button is at lower left column)

4) After you click Return to Cart button, you will see Shipping Calculator on the left side of the screen. Please choose your state and zip code for the shipping charge to your area.

 

4) Can I pick up my order?

Yes, call us at 508-296-8580 to make an appointment to have your order picked up.

5) How much is the redelivery and non-deliverable charge?

Redelivery fees ranging from $100 - $200 will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the shipping service provider’s discretion. Your item may be returned to one of the freight service centers if the service provider is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment.

You are responsible for the full actual shipping and handling charge if your item is returned to our warehouse because the service provider is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment or you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.
